Introduction to Provisioning for Maximum Compatibility
The LoRaWAN® open protocol is built on the premise that every manufactured device can be uniquely and securely identified. Provisioning is the process of creating a unique identification and corresponding secrets. While the process of provisioning is routine, there are some pitfalls that may not be obvious. This chapter attempts to describe some best practices for provisioning LoRa®-based devices.
Note: This chapter only covers over the air activation.
