SX1280/SX1281 “transparent mode”?

Hello

I have an application where a continous serial bitstream with about 500kbit/s (is variable in some range) should be transmitted -> is there a (secret) way that the SX1280/SX1281 can be used in a transparent "bit-stream" mode where the packet handlers are not used and data is sent/received directly (via the GPIO pins)?
The TI CC2500 has such modes, but it's an old IC with much worse specifications than SX1280 and i have SX1280 on stock from a previous project.

best regards
