Semtech Network Server
This Semtech Network Server, which leverages the open LoRaWAN® protocol, is intended to help you develop and prototype Internet of Things (IoT) solutions compatible with LoRaWAN, and to get your IoT ideas off of the ground quickly and easily. With this offering, you can connect up to ten devices and three gateways, giving you a hosted environment for building and testing your solutions before you go into production.
This will enable you to:
- Learn how to work with a network server to build IoT solutions based on the LoRaWAN networking protocol
- Prototype and test your solutions
- Validate the functionality of your solutions, from the end node application all the way to the cloud
- Benchmark different solutions in a hosted environment, totally free of charge
The network server is based on the ChirpStack open-source project. You can click here for more information.
If you have already registered for the LoRa® Developer Portal, your current login will allow you to gain access to the Network Server as well. If you do not have an account, click here to register.
Designed by developers for developers, the Semtech Network Server, built on the open LoRaWAN® networking protocol, provides a hosted development environment you can use for prototyping your LoRa-based IoT solutions and deploying them on a network leveraging the LoRaWAN protocol.
